Today is a new day, one that God created just for us and He deserves our praise. It’s a gift from Him, and when we accept each new morning as a blessing instead of focusing on the mess that people have made of His world, we’ll begin to live this new day with anticipation. We’ll see that God’s mercy is new every morning and that despite the evil that tries to destroy us, God is with us in all that we do. When His peace lives in our hearts through Jesus, then we will have a good day and the beauty of His creation all around will remind us that God is still in control. God is good.
