When we make Jesus our Lord and Savior, our dependency turns from the world to Him and we begin to rest in His peace.  The joy that fills our heart becomes our strength because we know that the God we serve is no longer the evil villain who is set to destroy this world, but God Almighty who created the world and who is getting ready to return and rule as King over it. Our hope and our trust are in Christ alone.
