People across the globe are proclaiming that God is love and that there is no hell because a loving God would never send His children there. They talk about Jesus as if He’s their best friend, yet, they don’t know Him. They are quick to speak about what the Bible says, but they don’t read the Scriptures. They call themselves “Christians”, but they are not born again and don’t have His truth in their hearts. They are following a false doctrine that’s led by Satan and deceiving millions. The fact is: only God’s truth saves; Satan’s deception kills!

A few years ago if you were a Christian, you stood out in the crowd because your ideals and values and actions were very different from those of the world. But much of Christianity today has compromised the Scriptures and doesn’t accept things that God once called sin to be sin anymore. Our laws have been changed to suit the evil heart, and the church has accepted these changes making it as corrupt as the world. The people prefer to live in the hype than read their Bibles to know the truth, and sadly, many will die without ever knowing the truth. Eternity for them will come as a shock and it will be a horrendous and eternal torment. God does not change, does not compromise, does not lie! Sinners cannot and will not get into Heaven—ever!

• And then I will declare to them, “I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!”—Matthew 7:23

As believers in Christ, we need to do all we can do to get the truth of the gospel out to the lost world as soon as possible. We may be ridiculed and even persecuted; mocked and even threatened; ignored or even cursed, but it’s worth it all if we can get even one person to know the truth and receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior!

The new universal “Christianity” doesn’t preach repentance, doesn’t teach that we are all sinners or why we are all sinners, and doesn’t clarify that we need to be born again. Instead, it spreads lies and convinces millions that God is love and that He accepts us just as we are, that there is no sin in God’s eyes as it was all forgiven at the cross when Jesus said, “It is finished.”

However, only those who receive Jesus as Lord and Savior will get their name written in the Book of Life and live with Jesus forever. We need to tell them this truth, that only by accepting Jesus, the Son of God, as our Savior, and by repenting of our sins, receiving His forgiveness, and being filled with His Spirit can we get to Heaven. We need this rebirth to get into God’s Kingdom! There are no short cuts! There are no compromises regardless of what lying doctrines say. We are not all automatically saved!

If we know people who are following a false Christianity, then we need to tell them that it’s wrong! We can’t just let them alone to learn on their own because they may never learn the truth before they die. God has filled us with His Spirit so that we can tell people about the gospel of Christ and make them aware of His truth. They may or may not accept what we say, but we have to tell them! If God’s love lives in us, then we will love people and our passion will burden our hearts because they don’t know Jesus. We will want to share it because we’ll ache for them to be saved.

• Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.—1 Corinthians 3:5-6

God is the epitome of love, grace and mercy, but He is also just! He will reward those who repent of their sins and receive Jesus as their Savior, and He will punish those who prefer to live in rebellion and keep their sins. We need to tell people that God wants them to come to Him just as they are but that once they are saved, His Spirit in them will transform their heart and mind so that they will have the heart and mind of Jesus and not want to sin anymore.

This time of grace is running out and we need to work earnestly to tell people about the salvation of Jesus while there is still time. Jesus is about to take all the saints out of this world so God can pour His wrath out upon all sin and corruption. Sinful man is about to enter that Great Tribulation, and those who mock God now will soon realize that they missed their chance for salvation. It will be too late then to find God’s grace because that time will be gone. They may seek after God and desire Him, but they’ll have to pay a heavy price for it. The time to receive the salvation of Christ is now!

Satan is filling the hearts of people with a mock religion, with a false sense of hope and reward. This new age Christianity is spreading like fire but it’s a counterfeit Christianity because Satan is a counterfeiter. He fell from God’s grace and he wants us to fall, too, and so he’s blinding people with a convincing deception. Many think that this global “Christian” growth is the great revival but it’s not! It’s a deception. It’s a lie. And we need to do all we can while we can to rebuke it and speak the truth so that people know there is only one way to God and that is through the cross.

There is an urgency in the air. Jesus is getting ready to return as King over this entire world, but first He will pour out His wrath upon all sin. Don’t be left behind! Don’t let loved ones get left behind! Let’s work together and spread the good news of the gospel while we still can; let’s get our lost family members and friends saved before Jesus calls us Home. Let’s spend time in prayer for them and let’s be bold and speak the truth. Their lives depend on it because the truth saves lives; deception kills!
