Apostasy is spreading like fire. Why? Because wannabee Christians hear the good things about Jesus, but refuse to humble themselves and commit to Him, choosing to interpret His Word their way. They teach lies about the Bible, and after a while, many walk away saying Christianity doesn’t work. But they weren’t Christians in the first place! As Apostle John says (1 John 2:19), “They went out from us but were not of us.” We must be careful not to be deceived by false teachers, and the ONLY way to do that is to study the Bible and allow God to teach us. There’s no excuse for not knowing the Truth when the Lord has made it readily available to us. If we ask, He answers; if we seek, He’ll show us; if we knock, He will open His heart to us.
