Many Christians don’t read their Bibles. They prefer to find someone who thinks as they do and follow them. This is called itching ears and is a bad idea. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we study the Bible to know Him, and God teaches us His Truth. We also find a church that lives for Christ, so we can fellowship with other believers and grow in the Lord. But many choose to follow the doctrines of people because they’re more appealing, and sadly, will one day realize they were deceived and never knew the Lord. Real Christians love and follow Jesus. We study His Word and live according to His Truth. All of it.
