God is Holy. He created us in love, but we’ve all fallen into sin and can no longer come into His presence, being destined to eternal hell because of it. But God, full of love and mercy, doesn’t want anyone to perish, so He made a way, and all we have to do is accept it! Jesus left His throne in Heaven, became a man, and died on the cross to pardon our sins. This gift of salvation is available to everyone, but it can’t be earned, bought, modified, or bribed. It’s free when we acknowledge our sins, and by faith accept Jesus as our Savior, and commit to follow Him. It’s the ultimate gift that only God could give us!
