This world is racing into God’s wrath because most people choose sin over obedience to His laws. Every day, chaos and lawlessness, hatred and rebellion grow stronger as we head closer to the Day of the Lord, when God’s Spirit will be removed from the earth to let evil reign and destroy the wicked. But we who know Jesus are not afraid; God’s Spirit in us gives us the confidence of His love and protection, despite what the world throws at us. As we stay in the Word and spend time with the Lord, His Spirit keeps our hearts filled with joy, peace, and hope as we wait for Jesus to come and call us Home to be with Him forever.
