As Christians, our sins have been forgiven. We’ve been spared from God’s wrath to come and now have eternal life with Jesus, but we are not perfect yet because we still live in this evil world. We’ll all do things we shouldn’t, even as we grow in the Lord, but God knows we’re not perfect, and is full of grace and mercy, always ready to forgive us when we come to Him and apologize. As we spend time in prayer and worship, and study the Bible to know Him and His will, He’ll show us when we do something wrong, and as we humble ourselves before Him, we’ll see the fullness of His love for us, a love that’s gracious and full of compassion.
