As believers, we live in this world, but we no longer belong to it. We belong to Jesus, our Savior and Lord, who gave His life to save ours, and who watches over and cares for us daily. He hears and answers our prayers, is in the midst of our problems, and can bring us through them all. Sometimes, people make us feel out of place because our hope and faith are in Jesus, not the world. But that’s okay because we’d rather serve God than this world that He’s about to pour His wrath upon. Our hope and faith are in Jesus, who fills us with His peace and joy as we wait for Him to come and take us Home.
