As Dean Martin once sang out, everybody needs somebody some time. In this evil world, there are times when it’s not easy to endure daily living, let alone trials and struggles. As Christians, God wants us to look out for one another and help the hurting brother or sister from turning to the world for help that could lead to disaster, as the world has its own ways of doing things, its own set of morals, and values. Whether it’s physical or financial help, guidance or advice, opening a door of opportunity, or a whole lot of prayer, we show our love to Jesus when we bear one another’s burdens and help each other.
