As we reflect on the events of this past year, some of us are focusing on things that have brought great sorrow. They’ve made us anxious about what to expect this coming year, and we fear what lies ahead. But when we focus on Jesus, He’ll pour His peace upon us and give us the strength to keep going. We must remember that this world is not our home; we are just passing through. God has prepared a perfect place for us, and He’s coming soon to take us there. He has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love. So, let’s not focus on the negative that may come, but on Jesus, who WILL come!
