Trudging through a seemingly endless winter blizzard can be stressful and painful. But we keep going because in our hearts we know that if we don’t give in to it, we’ll soon be back in our warm, cozy homes. And it’s the same with Christians; although this dark world is as cold and heartless as the winter storm, we know that Jesus is with us and will get us through it all and into the safety of His arms when we stay focused on Him. So, we shout for joy anyway, despite the storms, because we know Jesus is taking us through them and leading us into the warm, peaceful, and eternal Home He’s prepared for us!
