Deception is convincing, and it’s Satan’s greatest tool. He uses media outlets to spread it, and sadly, many Christians are so ignorant of God’s Word that they believe the lies. When Christ is not the center of our Christian walk, we will believe anything that supports our emotions, desires, and logic. But we are called to follow Jesus, and we do that by reading the Bible, where God speaks to us. God does not change! His Word does not change! Satan cannot deceive us when we study the Bible, fill up on His Truth, and spend time in prayer and worship with our Lord! Jesus will lead and guide us, keep us in His grace, and direct our paths when we keep our eyes on Him!
