Many acknowledge God and think that since they haven’t committed any big crimes, they’re good enough to go to Heaven when they die. But Heaven is Holy! We don’t get in based on our evaluation of good because Luke 18:19 says no one is good except God. Romans 3:23 says that we are all sinners because we’ve all broken at least one of the Ten Commandments at some time, and Romans 6:23 says the wages of sin are death. But God loves us and sent Jesus to die on the cross and pay the punishment for our sins. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, our sins are forgiven, we’re filled with His righteousness, and Heaven is our Home. Jesus is the only way, and in Him, we rejoice!
