Today is a solemn day of remembrance for many who lost loved ones in the atrocities against humanity two years ago in Israel. We look back with heavy hearts, burdened with anger, not understanding how anyone could be so evil as to torture and kill innocent civilians. But we must rest in God and know that He is still in control and WILL avenge those who have suffered and died. He is the God of hope, which is why Jesus went to the cross and made a way of escape for us, prepared a home in Heaven for us, and is coming back soon to take all believers out of here before He pours His wrath upon this evil world. Let’s pray and share God’s love with those who are hurting, so they can be filled with peace and hope as we wait together for the Lord to take us Home.
