Many of us collect things. Some have great material value; others are merely sentimental reminders of times past. Yet, when we die, we can’t take any of it with us, and those who receive our treasures often don’t see them for anything beyond the monetary value they provide. The things of this world will die with this world, but the souls we lead to Jesus are eternal treasures that glorify the Lord. Let’s not focus on collecting dead, material things, but on sharing the gospel with the lost and looking to Heaven, where is the greatest treasure of all—Jesus!
