As Christians, we often pray for specific answers to our problems. We forget that God sees the big picture and may have a better solution, so we wait for what we want and miss what God wants for us. And when our answers don’t come, we get discouraged, feel we didn’t get the victory, and blame God for not helping us. But when we submit to the Lord, trust His judgment and authority, our hearts and minds will be open to what God wants, and though we might not understand at the time, the answers will give us the victory that will bless us for eternity.
