Some Christians think it’s okay to scream and shout to scare the devil out, but the Bible NEVER tells us to talk to Satan. Jesus said to follow Him! When He was tempted in the wilderness, Jesus didn’t scream at the devil or call him names; He spoke the Word and the devil fled. This is spiritual warfare! Yelling may feed our egos, but it denies God’s authority. We must submit to God (James 4:7) and speak His Word, because the enemy KNOWS there’s power in the Word, and he will flee in fear! We have the victory when we put on the armor to stand against the devil and let God fight for us!
