It’s not easy putting our trust in someone we don’t know, but it’s easy when we know them personally and have a relationship with them. Likewise, for Christians, we can’t have faith in Jesus when all we know is that He died on the cross for our sins. Even the world has heard that story. But when we accept Jesus as our Savior and study the Bible, which is filled with HIS own Words for us, we develop a relationship with Jesus. We know He is God, His Words are True, and that He is faithful. When we know Jesus, we CAN put our faith in Him because we know He WILL do the things He’s promised.
