Today is special for Canadians as we celebrate our country’s independence. But it’s not all joy when we realize the freedoms and integrity we lost to become part of the modern world. There’s not much we can do to change things back, but as Christians, we CAN pray. Daniel 2:21 says that God removes kings and raises up kings, and 2 Chronicles 7:14 says that if we humble ourselves and pray, God will heal our land. We praise God for our country and will continue to seek His face because Canada is our homeland, and God is still in control; our hope and faith are in Him!
