Christianity is not a religion; it’s a personal relationship with Jesus. It’s accepting Him as God’s Son who came to earth to die on the cross for our sins, and who was raised from the grave to give us eternal life—and committing to Him by studying the Bible. He is our Lord who watches over and cares for us, and He’s our strength and shield against evil in this corrupt world. He fills us with wisdom and knowledge so we can share His gospel with the lost, and floods our hearts with hope and joy as we wait for Him to call us Home.
