The trial of Jesus was short and biased. Satan wanted Jesus dead to defeat God and control this world, and he used the chief priests to do it because Jesus threatened their religious leadership. But this was God’s plan. Jesus is God in the flesh, who left His throne in Heaven to become a man and give His life for ours by taking on ALL of our sins and being sent to hell with them, and then rising from the dead to give us eternal life with Him. The pain and torture Jesus suffered were so excruciating that it’s beyond our imagination! But then so is His love for us! And all we have to do in return is accept it!
