It’s easier to hear many loud voices shouting at us to do something than one still, quiet voice telling us not to. As Christians, we must learn to hear and follow God’s voice, not the world’s. So, we study the Bible to know Him and get His Word planted in our hearts because it gives us the knowledge and wisdom to discern the voice of Truth from that of lies and deception. We spend time in prayer and worship to strengthen our relationship with Jesus so we can follow Him with a desire to do His will. His voice becomes the only one we hear, the only voice we WANT to obey.
