For Christians, salvation in Christ is the beginning of our new lives. Jesus pardoned our sins and saved us from His soon-coming wrath upon this corrupt world. We are now children of God, citizens of Heaven! But like sheep in the field, we’ll get lost in this sinful world unless we submit to Jesus and let Him be our Shepherd to watch and care for us. Despite the circumstance or the season, He’ll lead, guide, and teach us through His Word, and supply our needs, heal us, and bless us with good things. And when the trumpet sounds, we’ll hear His voice when He calls us Home to be with Him forever.
