Santa may be the highlight of Christmas to the world, but to Christians, JESUS is the reason we rejoice! The world’s people don’t understand why we sing and celebrate the birth of Jesus our Savior because they don’t even know they’re sinners heading into God’s judgment. But as Christians, we know we were once sinners, too, and that the REASON Jesus came to earth was to take the punishment for our sins and redeem us! He set us free and gave us eternal life with Him, so we see God’s love in a way that the world doesn’t know—and we rejoice in His love!
