There’s a saying, “What we don’t know won’t hurt us.” This may be true for some things, but ignorance about God will kill us! Christmas is more than decorations and gifts; it’s about God’s gift to us that will save us from His wrath against sin so we can live with Him forever, and all we have to do is accept it! This corrupt world is racing into God’s judgment that’s almost upon us. But God loves us, and He sent His only Son to come and take on the punishment for OUR sins and redeem us. There is no greater gift than God’s gift of salvation—and no better reason to celebrate Christmas than Jesus!
