Commercialism makes us greedy! It convinces us to “need” luxury houses, expensive cars, lavish vacations, exclusive clothing, and all the high-tech we can get. We’ll stop at nothing to get it all because we feel we deserve it—yet we’ll never be satisfied because the changes never stop. But when Jesus is our Savior, greed falls away because our hearts want only to please Him. He’s our Lord, our Shepherd who provides all our needs, counsels and heals us, and is our best Friend through eternity. Jesus is ALL we need!
