Despite our surroundings, we are thankful. Like the rest of the world, our country feels the effects of economic, political, and moral change, and many suffer unfairly. This is why we must take our eyes off the world and look at the reality of God and all Jesus has done for us on the cross. This world is falling apart, but our lives in Christ are stable, and we can’t help but praise Him and rejoice in His salvation. He fills us with His love, joy, and peace, and when we look to Him, we see all the good things He’s given us today and hold fast to the hope that He’s coming soon to take us Home!
