Today’s society lacks respect and manners. Sometimes, we want to give back the same rudeness and disrespect that’s being given to us. But as Christians, we don’t act like the world; we follow Jesus! He said to treat others the way we want to be treated. In the Beatitudes (Luke 6), Jesus explains how to act and react as His disciples. We are to show others the grace and mercy of God through our words and actions despite how they treat us. Let’s rejoice because these are opportunities to show them God’s love.
