There’s no peace or confidence in our chaotic world system. Nothing is secure or consistent; rules and values continually change to please selfish desires. But God never changes! His law stands forever, and He will fulfill all His promises and warnings. When we go through rough times and know Jesus as our Savior, we can read the Scriptures and know that God WILL do what He says. We have peace and confidence in our Lord and rejoice because He’s our strength and shield. He never changes and is faithful to His Word!
