We often miss “today” when we’re worried about what will happen tomorrow. Even Christians give in to Satan’s lies of defeat for tomorrow because we forget that Jesus is our Lord TODAY and that He is greater than that deceiver who He defeated at the cross. So when our faith is weak, we don’t give in—we seek God’s strength through the Word and spend time in prayer and worship to build our faith because God WILL bring us through it all when we trust Him. Let’s focus on Jesus, rest in His peace, and give God the glory for today because this is the day the Lord has made for us!
