We aren’t called to follow other Christians; we’re called to follow Jesus! When we accept Him as our Savior and study the Bible, we can share the gospel with those who don’t know Him. His Spirit speaks through us so the lost hear the Truth and respond to His call. We direct them to Jesus through the Word because Jesus IS the Word (John 1:14). We are surrounded by false teachers and doctrines, which is why it’s so important to encourage new believers to study the Bible and follow Jesus, not people.
