It’s easy to be discouraged and defeated when problems overwhelm us. But as Christians, we know Satan is the cause of our problems and that God has given us the tools to defeat him—James 4:7. And shouting at the devil is not one of them; we don’t want any conversation with him. God told us to study the Bible and fill our hearts and minds with His Word because it is the “sword” that gives us victory! It is the POWER of God, and when we speak it out in faith, it’s as if God is speaking…and the devil flees. We must always have His Word in our hearts and be ready to draw our swords!
