God knows our needs when we commit our lives to Jesus, yet Jesus said to pray for them. Why? Because God isn’t just a spirit in the sky; He’s our Heavenly Father, who wants a relationship with us. Jesus died on the cross to redeem us, and God wants us to come to Him as His children with our needs so that, as our Father, He can do what’s best for us. We can NOT survive in this world without Him, and we can’t have faith in God if we don’t know Him. God loves us, and when we have a relationship with Him, we are alive in Him to give Him the praise and glory He deserves!
