The deeper we get involved with the world’s system, the heavier the chains become. But when we accept Jesus as our Savior, He breaks the chains, frees us from the world, and fills us with unspeakable joy. Life still isn’t perfect because we live in a corrupt world, but Jesus is now our Lord, and HE watches over us and takes care of us. When we commit to Him and trust Him, we have peace beyond understanding, and despite our surroundings, we want to rejoice and sing praises to Jesus for the freedom He’s given us, the eternity that awaits us, and the day He’s set before us.
