When we accept Jesus as our Savior, He also becomes our Lord. He restores our souls and leads our paths when we commit to Him. Sadly, many new Christians think that once they’re saved, everything in their lives becomes magically perfect, but it doesn’t. We have old habits and sinful ways that WE need to change, and we must commit them to the Lord and seek His wisdom and strength to overcome them. When we surrender to Jesus, read the Bible, and spend time in prayer and worship, God blesses us and leads us in the paths of righteousness. God is good!
