The life of King David in the Bible is a testimony of God’s love and mercy. David made wrong choices, disobeyed his adviser’s counsel, and even covered one sin with another, but he ALWAYS humbled himself before God and repented. He asked God to help him not fall into those temptations again, praised God, and sang psalms as he rejoiced in his Father’s love. Our lives are no different; we study the Scriptures to know and obey God, yet we still err sometimes. But when we humbly repent, we know His goodness and mercy are with us, and we want to sing our praises forever!
