Have you ever asked, “Am I really saved?” Some people hear the message of Christ and recite the “sinner’s prayer” but have no desire to read their Bibles or change any part of their lives. For them, salvation was merely a good idea at the time. When we really ARE saved, we know it! God’s Spirit in us nudges us to read our Bibles to know Him, and His Truth sets us free from this world. We want to know Jesus, and our thoughts, words, and actions become like His. Christianity is more than reciting words; it’s having a relationship with Jesus, our Savior and Lord, and KNOWING we’re saved!
