We’re all born into this evil world, separated from God because of our inherent sin. And when we die, we’ll spend eternity in hell because of that sin. But Jesus died and paid the punishment for everyone’s sins at the cross, and when we accept His salvation, He cleanses our hearts, frees us from sin, and becomes a shield to those who trust Him. The Bible is God’s voice speaking to us, His children, so we must study ALL of it, not just the parts we like. Being a Christian means getting His Word into our hearts so we can follow Jesus, trust Him, and live it every day!
