Many recite the sinner’s prayer but aren’t sure if they’re Christians or not. This is why we must examine our hearts. What do we treasure the most? What do we think about, spend money on, and long for? If our focus is still on the treasures of this world, then all we did was agree that salvation was a good idea. But if we really did become Christians, then Jesus would have become our reason for living, and studying the Bible and praying would be our priorities. We KNOW where our heart is when JESUS is our greatest Treasure!
