We all want a best friend in life. For Christians, our hearts’ delight is Jesus our Lord. He loves us and is gracious and merciful. He counsels us through His Spirit, meets our needs, blesses us, heals us when we’re sick, and never leaves us because He’s our best Friend for life—forever! And as we study the Bible to know Him, He draws us to Himself. The closer we get, the more we want to praise Him for who He is, what He’s done, IS doing, and will do for those who love Him!
