We won’t be deceived by false Christian doctrines when we study the Bible to know the Truth. Apostle Paul said we can do all things through Christ, but he wasn’t referring to personal goals or selfish desires. He meant that, as Christians, we’d face trying situations and must learn to rest in Him and not give in to this evil world amid them. When our hope and faith are in Jesus, and we focus on what He’s done for us and IS doing, He gives us the strength to get through the rough times, and our joy in Him becomes our strength!
