Shadows often make things appear larger and more foreboding than they really are. And that’s what the devil does to us when we don’t seek God’s help in bad situations. Fear sets in and blows everything out of proportion, bringing us into anxiety and causing us to make wrong decisions. As Christians, God gives us HIS peace when we keep our eyes on HIM! And with God’s peace, we’re not anxious, and we can say with all surety, “I’m not afraid because Jesus my Lord is with me, and He is greater than this problem or its shadow!”
