When a woman leaves home to get married, she no longer depends on her parents but on her husband to supply her needs. And when we leave the authority of this world to become Christians, WE depend on Jesus for all of OUR needs. Jesus told us to give ALL of our problems to Him, that nothing is too trivial or too great for Him, and that He will take care of us because He loves us! When we learn to depend on Jesus as our Lord, we’ll have peace amid the storms because we know HE takes care of us!
