This world gets darker by the day. We fearfully fight personal battles we can’t win because they’re spiritual battles—evil versus good. The devil wants to destroy us, but Jesus, God’s Son, came to save us. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we’re freed from the devil’s clutches and filled with God’s Spirit. We become new creatures in Christ because we belong to God. He NEVER leaves us and ALWAYS hears and answers our prayers. We’re at peace amid the darkness because we rest in Jesus, who fights our battles for us!
