No one is worthy of God’s gift of salvation. He is the epitome of holiness, love, and mercy; we are all wretched sinners. Many accept His gift of life without fully realizing that Jesus put aside His Heavenly throne to become a man so He could be brutally nailed to the cross to pay the penalty for our sins! He loves us THAT much. There’s nothing we can ever do to repay Jesus for His sacrifice. But we CAN show our love and honor to Him with a humble and grateful heart, treating others with love and mercy, encouraging and helping each other, and glorifying our Savior in all we say and do.
