We can often tell someone’s culture by their physical appearance and language. But since Christianity is a body of mixed cultures, our identity is known another way—by our words and actions! As we study the Bible and get closer to Jesus, our old personality falls away bit by bit, and the fruit or character of HIS Spirit begins flowing from us naturally. And when problems arise, people around us will know who we are because our reactions will be like those of Jesus, and they’ll see God in us without us even trying.
