We’re tempted because the devil wants to destroy and kill us by stealing God’s Truth from our hearts and tempting us to cave to his wiles. It’s CRUCIAL to study the Bible daily and get God’s Truth into our hearts so that when these temptations come, we can resist them by speaking God’s Word and crushing the enemy’s plans. God’s Word is the sword He’s given us to fight the devil, resist his temptations, and get victory over them!
