For many, life’s ultimate goal is material possessions and power, and Proverbs 27:10 says these desires will never be satisfied. Yet, Ezekiel 7:19 warns that the day is coming (and has already begun) when so much evil will abound that today’s riches will be worthless. When we accept Jesus as our Savior and follow Him, our desires change as we no longer belong to this world; we belong to God! He’s promised to take us out of here to a beautiful place beyond our imagination. This is OUR ultimate goal!
