This evil world closes in on us the second we wake up. Coffee is a great booster for the body, but as Christians, we must feed our souls first! So, we thank God for the day, ask for His blessings on everything we say, do, and think, and then submit to His will and leadership. We can’t fight the evils of this world with our own strength, and we can’t know what lies ahead using our own intuition—but God knows. So we praise God for the day and seek His help to do all He’s called us to do, and we walk by faith and not by sight because God is faithful, and our hope is in His Word!
